SHIPPING POLICY

At SETS, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and carefully as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During product launches, restocks, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Once your order has been processed, shipping times are estimated as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

SETS is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@setsuniform.com before your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, SETS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If your package is missing after delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and checking with neighbors or your local post office.

Delayed Shipments

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

SETS is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

International Shipping

At this time, SETS ships within the United States only.
